Class Description: Chien-Hwe’s class incorporates breath awareness, hands-on energy/body work with self and/or partners, meditation + visualization, structured improvisation, basic strength and stretch techniques from ballet, modern, yoga and ends with choreography or phrase work.  She draws from her experience in ballet, modern, yoga, martial arts, music and a pure love of movement to create a class that will challenge you to move in ways that you’ve never moved before to explore new relationships to space, time, music and body in the moment.  Chien-Hwe is excited to share her fascination with movement arts with the Moving Target community.
